I was born in Florence in 08/10/2994.
I got the bachelor’s degree in Fauna Science, obtained at the University of Florence in 16/02/2017. The thesis title was “Donkey milk production: technical project to rearrange a factory in Mugello.” (110 cum laude/110).

I got the master’s degree in Agriculture Science and Technology, obtained at the University of Florence in 10/03/2020. The thesis title was “Study of tannin effect on ruminal lipolysis and biohydrogenation of polyunsaturated fatty acids.” (110/110).
