In 2011 I moved to Florence for studying and in 2014 I had the privilege to live an Erasmus experience at University of Aberdeen, Scotland. At the end of 2014 I gained a bachelor’s degree with a with a thesis on organic grain management. I continued my studies at Agricultural Sciences and Technologies at University of Florence. In 2017 I gained master’s degree with a two-years study on phytochemicals and morphological traits of Italian wild hops (Humulus lupulus L.).
