Bachelor’s degree in Animal Scientist from the University of Cundinamarca (Colombia). I hold a Master’s and PhD’s degree in Science from the University of São Paulo (Brazil). Currently, I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, University of Firenze in lipid carry-over in an experimental insect-based aquaculture supply chain.
